Web Access allows you to access your call history and download recorded calls from your web browser on your PC or Mac. We'll include two sets of instructions, one for Safari users (since Safari includes Bonjour) and one for users of other web browsers.

Safari/Bonjour
1. Turn on Web access in the Softphone or Groundwire. Tap on settings, then preferences, then Web Access. Turn Enabled on.
2. At this point, you can also change the password for web access. The default is 1234, but you can change it to whatever you like. Tap done, then restart the app when you are finished.
3. Leave the Softphone or Groundwire open and in the foreground when using Web Access. The iPhone (iPad or iPod) will also need to be connected to the same network as the PC or Mac. It's very important that the iPhone stays awake. If not you will not be able to access it. It may be best to go to the iPhone settings and set Auto Lock to never when using Web Access.
4. Open Safari. Click on Bookmarks in the top menu bar, then click on Show All Bookmarks.
5. The Bookmarks page will open. At the left, you will see a list of collections. Click on Bonjour in the list.
6. You should then see either Softphone or Groundwire in Bonjour. Double click on it.
7. Type in the username and password. The username is admin, the password will be 1234 or whatever you changed it to in the Web Access settings. Click on Login.
8. This takes you to the History. First, click the box that says don't embed Quicktime. From here you can review your call history. More importantly, you can download your call recordings. Just right click wherever you see "recording" to name and download the file.
Other web browsers

Update: the fastest way to transfer multiple recorded calls is using iTuned file sharing. Check out this link for details.
