How can I activate notifications and lock screen notifications on a Xiaomi mobile phone?

To ensure push notifications appear on the screen, enable these settings for the Acrobits apps: Lock screen, Notifications, Floating notifications, Notification badges, Battery performance, App permissions, Autostart, and Pop-up permissions.

To receive notifications on the screen and lock screen from Cloud Softphone, Acrobits Softphone, or Groundwire:

1. Navigate to the device Settings.
2. Select Lock screen and enable Wake Lock screen for notifications.
3. Return to the Settings screen and choose Notifications.
4. Select Lock screen notifications, and enable the switch for the desired Acrobits application.
5. Return to the Notifications screen, choose Floating notifications, and enable the switch for the desired Acrobits application.
6. Return to the Notifications screen, select Notification badges, and enable the switch for the desired Acrobits application.
7. Return to the Settings screen and select Battery & performance.
8. Deactivate Battery saver and Ultra battery saver.
   When these two toggles are active, the phone system blocks related notifications.
9. Return to the Settings screen and choose Permissions under App Settings.
10. Select Autostart and enable the switch for the desired Acrobits application.
11. Return to the Permissions under App Settings screen and choose App permissions.
12. Select the desired app and enable Show on lock screen, Start in background, and Display pop-up window.
