Firstly, enable SIP logging in Acrobits Softphone or Groundwire by selecting Settings > Preferences > Troubleshooting. After recreating the error in the app, go to Settings > SIP Log or Logs > Share. Send the log to the Acrobits support team.
To ensure Acrobits Softphone and Groundwire capture the error data in the SIP log, you have to enable SIP logging before reproducing an error. After that, you may retrieve the log and send it to our support for analysis.
Enabling SIP Logging and Retrieving Logs on Android
- To enable SIP logging, select > Settings > Preferences > Troubleshooting.
- Enable Log SIP Traffic.
- Exit the softphone and open it again.
- Reproduce the issue on the app.
This step captures the event in the SIP log. - To retrieve and send the captured SIP log file to support@acrobits.cz, select > Settings > SIP Log or Logs > Share.
