Go to the Account screen in Settings to manage your SIP accounts. Delete an account when you are ready to stop using the service. Temporarily disable an account if you plan to use it later.
Acrobits Softphone and Groundwire support multiple SIP accounts with simultaneous registrations.
Managing SIP Accounts on Android
- On the Main screen, select > Settings > Accounts.
- In the Accounts screen:
- To delete an account:
- Swipe the account all the way left to delete. Or,
- Touch and hold it, and then select Delete account.
- To delete an account:

- Open the Keypad tab, select > Account or SIP Accounts.
- In the Accounts screen:
- To delete an account:
- Swipe the account all the way left to delete. Or,
- Touch and hold the button, select , and then select Delete.
- To disable an account:
- Touch and hold it, and then select Disable account.
- Touch and hold the button, touch and hold icon next to the account to move the account to the DISABLED ACCOUNTS section.
- To delete an account:
- Select Done.
