You can find call recordings in the History tab on Cloud Softphone.
The History tab records all the call logs from most recent to earliest. Users may locate the recorded calls in the logs.
Accessing Call Recordings on Android
In the History tab, select All Calls (3) > Recorded Calls (4) to filter recorded calls. Then, select the Information icon beside that call log. Users may retrieve the recording from there.
The Recording icon (2) denotes the call log has recording(s).
Accessing Call Recordings on iOS
In the History tab, select RECORDED (5) to filter recorded calls. Then, select the Information icon beside that call log. Users may retrieve the recording from there.

Accessing Call Recordings on Windows and Mac
In the History tab, scroll through the call logs on the right pane to locate the recorded call.
- Select the Play Record (6) button to listen to the recording.
- Select (7) to download and save the recording on the device.
