      Can the iOS incoming call screen show both the caller's name and number?

      No, the Acrobits Softphone and Groundwire apps do not show both the Caller ID name and phone number simultaneously due to space limitations on the CallKit incoming call screen.

      Instead, the app shows one of the following:

      • The Caller ID name, if provided by the SIP provider.
      • The phone number, if no name is sent by the SIP provider.
      • The local contact name, if the number matches a contact in your phone's address book.

      This behavior cannot be changed within the app. To display both the Caller ID name and phone number, the SIP server has to modify the information sent with incoming calls.
