      Can I use IM over SIMPLE and SMS together?

      Yes, both features are compatible within Cloud Softphone. Ensure to include the IM via SIMPLE feature in the Features & Pricing section on the Cloud Softphone portal and also ensure your SIP service provider supports these features.

      Note:

      • Ensure to include the IM via SIMPLE feature in the Features & Pricing section when building your softphone application on the Cloud Softphone web portal.
      • Ensure your SIP service provider supports sending SMS messages through SIMPLE.
