Calls Disconnect Right After Answered

This may happen when none of the codecs enabled in Acrobits Softphone and Groundwire are supported by your SIP or VoIP provider. Enable all the codecs in Settings > Accounts > Advanced Settings > Codecs for Wi-Fi or Codecs for Mobile Data.

Troubleshoot this issue with the following steps:

  1. Open the desired SIP account.
    • Android - Select Android Settings icon > Settings Accounts.
    • iOS - Open the Keypad tab, select iOS Setting icon > Accounts or SIP Accounts.
  2. Select Advanced Settings.
  3. Select Codecs for Wi-Fi or Codecs for Mobile Data, depending on the one you are using.
  4. Enable all codecs. 
  5. Select a check icon or Done to save the setting.
If this resolves the issue, contact your SIP provider to find out the codecs they support.
