iOS
To back up, in the app, go to settings, then preferences, then backup configurations. Fill out the form, then tap on backup. You can share the file any way you normally would on iOS here. Mail, airdrop, any file storing apps, or save directly to files.
To restore, save the file to the Groundwire folder in the files app (under browse, then on my iPhone). Once done, you can either tap on it in files or follow the prompts. Or in the app, go to settings, then preferences, then restore backup and you should see the file there. Tap on it and follow the prompts to restore.
Android
To back up, in the app, go to settings, then preferences, then backup configurations. Fill out the form, then tap on backup. Like iOS, you can share the file any way you normally would on android here.
To restore, open the app, then go to settings, then preferences, then restore configurations. Tap on the field for Restore file path to bring up the menu to navigate to the file on the device. Tap on the file and follow the prompts. You can also navigate to the file in any file manager and tap on it and follow the prompts to restore.
