      How to get incoming call alerts from Acrobits Softphone and Groundwire on the Apple Watch?

      These apps do not officially support Apple Watch. However, you should still receive call alerts on the watch if you enable Incoming Call Notifications in the app and set your Apple Watch to mirror notifications from your iPhone.

      Note

      You need to answer the call on your iPhone. The Apple Watch only displays the notification.

      To receive incoming call alerts on your watch:

      1. In the Acrobits Softphone or Groundwire app, open the Keypad tab, select iOS Setting icon > Preferences > Controls, and then enable Incoming call notifications.
      2. In the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, ensure the watch is set to mirror notifications from the iPhone.
