Before testing the app using the ad hoc build available on the Cloud Softphone portal, softphone owners must first register the UDIDs of the devices intended for testing.
To download and test the ad hoc build from the portal, a Unique Device Identifier (UDID) is required.
Softphone owners must first register the UDIDs of the intended test devices in their Apple Developer portal. Once the UDIDs are registered, they can proceed to install the ad hoc build.
When softphone owners attempt to install an ad hoc build without registering the UDIDs beforehand, they receive an error notification stating that this app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified.
Tips
The section above applies to softphone owners who do not subscribe to Full Service for their white-label Cloud Softphone project.
Full Service subscribers only need to add the UDIDs of their testing devices on the Cloud Softphone portal. Our App Release team will handle the UDID registration and related steps once the project is submitted for review.
