      How to remotely sign out a user from their account on the Cloud Softphone app?

      Remote sign-out is not possible. However, the softphone owner can change the SIP password for the specific user account.

      Changing the SIP password will cause the user to become unauthorized in the app and prevent them from registering on the PBX with the old password.
