Where is Inteliquent headquartered and located? 

The headquarters is in Chicago, IL. Inteliquent has an international presence with office locations also in Denver, CO; Boulder, CO; Minneapolis, MN; Springfield, IL; Montana; Prague, Czech Republic; and Chennai, India. 

Who owns Inteliquent?

Inteliquent is privately held by GTCR, a Chicago based private-equity firm.

What will happen to my Acrobits services? What products and services will be offered going forward? 

Everything will remain the same. We will continue to offer the same services that Acrobits offers today including mobile softphone applications and software developer kits. We will also now be able to better leverage Inteliquent’s full suite of services for U.S.-based Acrobits customers such as voice services, phone numbers, messaging, 9-1-1, unified communications as a service (UCaaS), SIP Trunking and fax. All customers will continue to receive top-notch sales and customer support. Over time we’ll be leveraging the power of Inteliquent’s network and products to improve the value of our services and your overall experience with us.  

Will my support change? 

Your support will continue without change. For assistance, please visit hesk.acrobits.net.  

Who should I work with about my account? 

You should continue working with your current sales manager and account manager as you have in the past. We want to make this transition extremely smooth for our customers and partners. You’ll notice our team referencing Acrobits, an Inteliquent company, when you speak to us on the phone or correspond with us via email. Your day-to-day contacts have not changed. 

Will my payment process change? 

Your current payment process will continue without change.  

Will I need to sign a new contract or addendum? 

You will not need to sign a new contract or addendum at this time.

Acrobits has a long history of innovation with their Cloud Softphone, Acrobits Softphone, Groundwire, and developer-friendly SDK.

Why did Inteliquent acquire Acrobits?

Inteliquent purchased Acrobits to realize the company’s vision to enable smart intuitive business communications services anywhere on any device. The combined company will offer a more tightly integrated mobile user experience for Inteliquent's UCaaS customers while extending Inteliquent's CPaaS offerings by including Acrobits’ fully programmable mobile client with built-in support for prominent platforms including Cisco’s BroadSoft, NetSapiens, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH and others.

Is Inteliquent's acquisition of Acrobits good for me?

Yes! Our Cloud Softphone, SDK and apps will be added to Inteliquent's suite of solutions and our development and support will continue on these products as you’d normally expect. Together we look forward to coming up with new ways to make all of our communication and mobility solutions even better.

What is Inteliquent's customer base like?

Inteliquent's ever-growing customer base is comprised of SMB and enterprise business customers, plus an extensive list of partners including private label wholesalers, telecom agents, value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), IT consultants and more.

Will Acrobits software updates be delayed?

No, Acrobits software updates will remain as scheduled. No delays will occur as a result of the Inteliquent acquisition.

Will I be forced to upgrade or change my software application outside of planned updates?

No, there are no plans for forced upgrades or changes to your Acrobits services. Any scheduled updates and notification will occur as planned. We will meet all contractual commitments and continue working in a manner that supports our existing long-term relationship and your continued success.
